at michistretch, we focus on finding the delicate balance between strength and flexibility. we begin by priming the body with active and controlled full body movements. this process evolves to opening and conditioning shoulders, chest, core and hip flexors.
in preparation of back bending we will actively condition the back of the body to further stretch and strengthen the shoulders and back bending skills.
