michele medina is dedicated to the practice of flexibility training, having amassed over 15 years of experience in this field. she brings a unique blend of techniques and insights to her teaching, drawing inspiration from a range of disciplines including ballet, gymnastics, and circus arts. michele is highly personable, and her training sessions are designed to inspire, nourish, and rejuvenate both body and mind.
