terms and conditions

before embarking on this exciting contortion retreat, we kindly ask you to carefully read and acknowledge the terms and conditions outlined. these conditions are designed to ensure a safe enjoyable, and harmonious experience for all participants.

1.cancellations

by march 18, 2025 full refund when notified in writing

by april 18, 2025 50% refund upon written notification

after april 18, 2025 NO REFUNDS can be processed

please note that all cancellations requests must be submitted in writing to be considered valid. this policy aims to ensure transparency and clarity regarding cancellation procedures for the retreat.

2.health and fitness requirements

participants must be in good physical and mental health to take part in the retreat activities. the retreat will be held in a remote area with limited access to medical services or hospitals. in case of a medical emergency, the responsibility falls on the participant. we strongly advise all participants to secure travel insurance to cover potential medical evacuations.

3.cancellation due to insufficient participants

if the retreat does not meet the required number of participants, a full refund will be issued.

4.importance of travel insurance

it is crucial for all participants to secure travel insurance to safeguard against unforeseen events such as injuries or unexpected retreat cancellations.

5.force majeure

michistretch shall have no liability to you should unforeseen circumstances prevent michistretch from fulfilling obligations. michistretch may, by written notice, choose to cancel the agreement or take alternative actions.

6.assumption of risk associated with adventure travel

embrace the adventurous spirit and responsibilities that come with it. adventure travel presents challenges and risks, diverse service standards, and requires adaptability. third parties may manage operations, and dealing with their performance is key. adventure’s thrill comes from its risks.

7.permission to use photos and videos

I allow the use of my image and voice in videos and photos without payment. they may be edited, shared online, or used in educational settings without needing my approval. I waive the right to review the final products unless for purposes beyond what’s mentioned.

8.email communication regarding retreat

when registering for a retreat with michistretch, all communication will be via email. your valid email address is crucial, and you must make emails from michistretch as safe to avoid them being filtered as spam. michistretch isn’t accountable for missed emails due to incorrect addresses.
